Chuanglian Power Supply Held 2018 5S Site Management Commendation Conference

In order to strengthen the company's standardized management and improve production efficiency, the company has implemented 5S work since September. With the high attention of the company's leaders and the joint efforts of various departments, it has achieved phased results through more than 4 months of persistence. At noon on December 29, 2018, executive vice president of chuanglian power supply, ding manfeng, together with expert Lu, leaders of various departments and award-winning personnel, held the 2018 5S on-site management commendation conference in the company's training room.
Teacher Lu, a consultant from Kehui, made wonderful comments on the overall results of the company's 5S. She said: 5S management has achieved a lot after more than 4 months of persistence, and has been significantly improved in terms of reasonable positioning, neat placement, and clear signs. At the same time, Mr. Lu suggested that we should find problems and improve them in time, eliminate all kinds of waste, improve production efficiency, and make 5S persistent.

Ding congratulated the winners and encouraged everyone to play an exemplary and leading role in the follow-up production activities and continue to cultivate management.

Ding Zong highly agreed with the results of the 5S start-up phase, and requested to expand the 5S management mode from the production department to all departments of the company, requiring all employees to participate, the production workshop should actively share successful experiences, and the follow-up company should develop 5S normal management.
